Shop FAQs

 I’ve lost my password or username, how can I log in?Use the Member Login link in the upper right hand corner of the site. Select the Forgot Password option. Submit your email address and your password will be sent to you. (Your User Name is your email address).

How do I search for only one category such as: Books?

You can go to ‘Other’ on the main menu bar on the Access Shop homepage and click on ‘Book’ to see all the books. You can also find all the products by product type here.

Where can I find my digital products?

You will receive an email letting you know that your digital download is ready. Please log in to the shop with your email address as your user name and your password. Click on the My Account tab. You should immediately see the My Downloads tab. Your downloads should be ready for download here. If you do not see them, please use the blue Get Support tab on the site to let us know exactly what the issue is.

How do I download my digital products?

Once logged into the system, click on the My Account link in the upper right hand corner of the home page. Select your item to download from the drop down menu, and save the product to your computer. Your computer may or may not give you the option to choose where you save the file.

How are refunds handled?

Please choose your purchases with care!  Digital products (both physical and downloadable) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged.
If you wish to return any other physical product for any reason please email mary@accessconsciousness.com for assistance. Only product returned in 'new' condition will be refunded upon receipt less any shipping charges. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

How do I change my Shipping Address?

Log into the Shop and go to the My Account Tab, then select My Shipping. Once you type in the new shipping information and hit Save, it will be changed.

How do I change my Contact Details?

Log into the Shop and go to the My Account Tab, then select My Profile. Once you type in the new information and hit Save, it will be changed.

I haven’t received confirmation of payment, how do I know if it went through?

If you haven't received a confirmation of your payment within an hour, it most likely did not go through. Please contact Mary@accessconsciousness.com and let her know exactly what you ordered and when. She can attempt to track your order and/or notify you that it needs to be re-submitted.

I haven’t received my order, what do I do?

Orders can take up to 14 days to arrive after receipt of payment depending on where you are in the world. If your product hasn’t arrived after 14 days please let us know by using the blue Get Support tab on the site to open a support ticket.

Can I change my order?

If you've made an error in your order and would like to change it, please send an email to Mary@accessconsciousness.com. Provide a clear explanation of what you'd like to change and she'll do her best to adjust your order.

Is worldwide shipping available?

Yes, depending on where you are in the world you can order from our USA or Australian shops and have the products shipped to you directly. Both shops have all the same stock, it’s just cheaper and easier to order from the shop that delivers to your region.

I received the wrong order, who do I contact?

If you've received the wrong order, please use the blue Get Support tab and open a Support Ticket. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
